Consuming marine wildlife - where do we draw the line?

02 April 2020

This is a three-year research project supported by Northumbria University. It will investigate how public attitudes towards marine meat consumption influence and reflect scientific knowledge and the effectiveness of conservation action. The project focusses on how we value, protect, and trade marine wildlife, with a spotlight on three species – the Minke whale, Queen conch and Atlantic bluefin tuna, but you don’t need to have any experience with these – just an interest in marine wildlife!
